You can post at Yelp.ca, however I received an email back, after I posted a complaint I had, and it said that I may want to re-evaluate my contents as they had received a complaint from someone and they could not confirm whether it was an owner or not and they may have to remove it if it is deemed a liability. I have also heard that they may use negative replies to 'get' money from companies that are yelp'd about....I have recently had a terrible experience with a car dealer in Ottawa and complained to: Transport Canada, Better Business Bureau, OMVIC, Consumer Protection Agency, Facebook, Letters to the Editor and the list goes on...the BBB said they logged the complaint but it remains dormant unless someone asks, Transport Canada was none too concerned, OMVIC has been very helpful, so far, but if they do not get a response, I am back to taking them to small claims court.
