yes, i just found out that i lost 78k points due to no activiation within 12 months. I am so upset... the "supervisor" said I could buy back my points @ .01 per points ($780) which is more than the merchandises i can get. ie. Pay $780 for 78K points, with these points i can buy about $600 worth of merchandises. I saw on TV that there is a new law that prohibit retailers impleminting expiry date on gift cards.
